Our system can store all your digital assets including images, videos, audio files, PDFs and Microsoft Office documents, and can even support multiple file formats including JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, bitmap, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator software files. Our system also has a fully customizable folder structure to fit your exact requirements.

2. Accessible

It’s available as either a desktop application or via a secure web portal and gives you the power to manage exactly how all your digital content is shared throughout your organization – departments and staff in multiple locations, your supply chain and/or clients.

3. Easy to use

Our system makes it incredibly easy to upload, download and move assets across your content library while preserving folder structures and security measures. It also has multiple search attributes where you can search for assets based on user-defined attributes, embedded metadata (tags) and/or production notes.

4. Secure

It’s completely secure – login is user-name and password protected and you control all access and privilege levels. You can even create customer accounts so your customers have secure access to their jobs only. And our system is SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypted.

For added confidence and peace of mind, our system is hosted on our sister company Celerity’s data centre which is managed in accordance to their ISO 27001 accreditation.
